How would Americans react if an Arab state came and said we are taking over New York, you all have to change your system of govt and by the way only Muslims go to heaven? Would their be any amount of force on earth that would get you to love that Arab state? NOPE.. you would fight until everyone was dead.



Why do you expect people in the middle east to act differently when you would act the same way in their shoes?

Yah but the GOP is discriminatory against the poor. The poor people in America being minorities is just a bonus cause our eyes make it so easy to hate. Don't get so excited. Cameron pretty much has to say this because it does affect his country as many brits have their pension in BP. To be honest all the companies involved need to pay for the mistake. That said the reality is the damage to that part of the world will never be fixed. How do you put a price on a species of bird that goes extinct? How do you put a price on the damage the oil will have to the reproductive cycle of the animals? You don't and frankly Americans need to stop trying to blame everyone else for their problems. We all are to blame for the oil spill cause none of us care where are money in the banks is used as long as it gives a good return. We have been sacrificing the environment for industry since the beginning of time. We in North America made famous you can't make money without polluting.



You know what.. you can all blame me and then hopefully we can all get busy fixing the problem of the oil we don't see. Maybe someone could tell me what is the plan for a rogue iceberg up north? Do oil platforms come with torpedoes?

What is with people and disliking Isreal? Is it lost on you that they are just people, just like people from the middle east are people? How can we expect Isreal and Iran to get along when people like you cannot even let go of the hate? Just once it would be nice if people from the West could be the example to follow instead an embarrassment which is what you are with a comment like that.



As for the US and these wars what did you think would happen? Had you read the history books you would of seen the folly of attacking a country that is so different in terms of ideology. It doesn't matter how much aid you give people will always resent the oppressor and from their perspective America is always the bad guy. You would hate it if Russia came and told the US what to do and yet you expect the very proud people of the middle east to react differently?



That is just typical American arrogance. All these two wars did was make the world very unsafe and create a ton of anti American sentiment across the world. Not that you can tell the brainwashed pubs this who never met a problem they couldn't solve with a gun.. just like Jesus would do..

Food Pantries Offering Nutrition Classes, Fighting The Fast Food Diet

I feel yah. I always walk into fast food places looking for something healthy to eat and you can't really find anything. I am sorry but chicken that looks like tofu doesn't qualify. I just wish someone could make some lowcost food that is healthy and doesn't taste like crap. If I ever get enough money I swear I will take down 7/11 by offering the same stuff they do but a healthier version. This is a huge industry with no players. Low cost healthy food that tastes good and needs no prep. From store to mouth. Anyone want to compete with 7/11?
